Problem
In case of BioConnect 4.0 or higher version, the error below could be occurred if there is duplicated Certificate of relevant Bioconnect
Relevant Error
Error: BioConnectWpfBackendService - is not in running mode: Stopped
Solution
Please see the Doc below to delete the old certificate and start the services from task manager> services Manually .

You may need to Stop all BioConnect services and restart Rabbit and start services again if this doesn't work .
