If a user's fingerprint quality is poor and you would like to lower the chance of false rejects with 1:1 authentication (i.e Card + finger)
You can lower the security level by following the steps below:
1. Open the User menu.
2. Select your user.
3. On the Credential tab, lower the 1:1 Security Level as desired.
4. Click Apply.
Note: If you're not using the automatic user sync feature, transfer the user to the device manually.
