The recent Airfob Pass app has a button to send the analysis data from the Airfob Pass to MOCA team.

Please see the below steps and click [Bug Report] while the device does not recognize presenting Mobile Access.


Step 1: Press the right top icon from your mobile card as follows.


Step 2: Press [Bug Report] button while the device does not recognize presenting Mobile Access. 


Step 3: Press Info and then, capture the screen on the information page

 



Step 4: Please generate Support ticket and mention the information when you send the Bug Report.
