BioConnect Enterprise Support for Generation 1 Devices

BioConnect Enterprise Software support for Suprema Generation 1 devices (as listed below) will be ending on June 30, 2021. Here is the timeline for the support of these devices in the software:
- From May 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 bug fixes and technical support will continue for Generation 1 devices, but no upgrades or new features will be provided.
- New releases of BioConnect Enterprise Software after May 1, 2020 will no longer support Suprema Generation 1 devices.
- All support, technical, development, and hardware troubleshooting will end on June 30, 2021.
