Overview
XPass Q2 is an intelligent QR and RFID reader designed for fast and reliable access in high-traffic environments. Equipped with a dedicated QR module, it supports a wide range of QR codes and barcodes, along with RFID cards and Suprema Mobile Access credentials in a single device.
Powered by a 1.0 GHz processor, XPass Q2 delivers quick and accurate credential processing while maintaining stable operation. With IP65-rated durability and support for Ethernet, OSDP V2, and Wiegand, it enables flexible deployment and seamless integration with existing access control systems.

What's New About XPass Q2?
1. Default QR Support without License
XPass Q2 supports reading QR codes up to 32 ASCII characters by default, without requiring additional device license. This enables immediate deployment for basic QR-based access using both BioStar 2/X encrypted QR and third-party issued QR codes.
For environments using barcode symbologies, an optional device license is required to unlock full barcode capabilities.

Q1. Can we use PoE on XPass Q2?
A1. Unfortunately, PoE is not supported on XPass Q2. We have a single model for this product that does not support PoE.
Q2. Can we use HID Prox or iClass cards on XPass Q2?
A2. Unfortunately, HID and iClass cards are not supported on XPass Q2. We have a single model for this product that does not support HID Cards.
