If the device is connected to BioStar, you can create another admin user and transfer it to the device. If this option is not available, you can use any of the methods below.

1. Change the password on the device after logging in as admin (Device -> Master Password) 

2. Get Challenge Code on BioStar to change password to default (Option -> Device -> Automatic Locking -> Initialize Password (check) -> Get Challenge Code)

3. Factory default the device on BioStar (Option -> Device -> Device Reset)

4. Factory default the device on Device (Device -> Factory Default)
