The issue is related to Cleint unable to connect Server , please check the following things to verify
  1. All Server services  is up and running 
  2. WPF service on Server is using  the correct port 

  3. Port block in client and server side 

Could you please stop the client install and Rerun Setup assistance on server so that Rabbit and all services get installed again
run the Client install then and see if this fixes it .

Also please make sure the Firewall /Antivirus is turned off on both computers and you also have to be a local admin on the PC
