How to remove a license without making it obsolete


1. Log into BioConnect using the root level account and go to Menu > Configuration > License (or open up the Setup assistant and proceed

to the licensing page)


2. Apply the same license key that was first used and set the device count to 0


3. This will remove the license from your computer and apply them back to the Flexera License pool


4. Last step is to delete the old license program data entirely off that computer.


                   a. Go to C: Drive > Program Data (it may be under hidden items) > BioConnect


                   b. Delete these two files, it may require admin rights to delete


                    c.




5. Once deleted, use the same activation ID and correct device count on the new BioConnect server to apply the license
