You may want to upload the logs manually in the following occasions:
a. your devices are using direct connection mode (logs aren't uploaded automatically)
b. you want to check if some logs were not uploaded automatically on server mode.
Follow the steps below to upload your device logs to the server:
1. Click on the Monitoring tab.
2. Click Upload Log below the Task tab.
3. Check Upload Logs.
4. Select a desired period of time.
5. Select your device.
6. Click OK.
If you want to upload the logs automatically, you will have to set the device to server mode.
