We will update BioEntry Plus, BioEntry W as soon as possible.
Please update your firmware to prevent the issues below:

- RS485(OSDP) disconnection
- Card authentication fails randomly due to card cache broken (It operates well after reboot)
- Device cannot be found - IP address is set to 0.0.0.0 instead of 169.254.0.1 when DHCP server is not responding

- TCP response before data deleting when factory reset(SDK timeout issue)
