[BioStar 2 SDK] Fingerprint from BioMini and transfer it to the device

Some users would like to scan their fingerprint from BioMini USB reader using BioMini SDK, then transfer those templates to the Suprema devices using BioStar 2 SDK.

You can refer to the C# sample code at the link below.

BioMini_BioStar2_Sample_191230_without_UFScanner.zip

Please copy the below libraries from BioMini SDK to your current project/debug, release folder to active BioMini scanner and scan the fingerprint. BioMini SDK is not free of charge, please contact the Suprema ID team(https://www.suprema-id.com/en/contents/index.php) if you do not have the below library.
