Suprema Mobile Access uses BLE and NFC to communicate between devices and cards. If you want to use Bluetooth communication on the site, you need to set the installation distance between each Suprema device to at least 1 meter. And if there is a wall between the device, it is much more advantageous for reducing communication interference.
This is due to the specification of Bluetooth technology, and if the distance between devices is less than 1 meter, a problem may occur in your Mobile Access card authentication.
