How To Install
1. Check License Policy
You need the following licenses to use Suprema Integration with Genetec Security Center.

2. Genetec Security Center Installation1) Receive the license document for above step 1 from Genetec team.
2) Confirm if the license information includes GSC-5.10, GSC-Sy-E, and GSC-1SDKSUPREMA-READ. If not, please contact Genetec team for valid license information.
3) Go to http://portal.genetec.com/Login and enter System ID and Password in the license document.
4) Select the product type to Security Center 5.10.0.0 and download it.
5) Right-click on the zip file and make unblock to unzip the file.
6) Run setup.exe.
7) Run web browser and go to https://localhost/Genetec.
8) Enter the System ID and Password in the license document.
9) Run Config Tool and click [Log on] to install Config Tool
10) Set up the Admin password.
3. Genetec Synergis Installation & RIO Activation
1) Run in C:\Genetec\Softwire_v10_11_432_0 to Install Genetec Synergis.
2) Run web browser and go to https://localhost/Fable.
3) Enter the default password of Genetec Synergis.
4) Go to Configuration>Certificates and then, update Country Code.
5) Click Generate a new self-signed certificate.
6) Go to Configuration>Users>Admin and change the default password.
7) Go to a web browser and then, enter https://localhost/Features/DuiRIO/Enabled/Set?value=true or https://Server IP address//Features/DuiRIO/Enabled/Set?value=true to active RIO.
8) Enter the User Name and password of Synergis.
8) Click the link https://localhost/Features/DuiRIO/Enabled/Set?value=true and confirm if that feature is enabled.
9) Run Config Tool and go to Administration, select Access control
10) Right-click on Access Manager and then, Add an entity>Click Access Control Unit.
11) Enter the username and password of Synergis.
12) Confirm the updated Synergis instance at the left side in the menu Roles and Units.
Confirm the RIO tab after selecting Hardware at the right side in the menu Roles and Units.
4. Suprema Integration with Genetec Security Center1) Run the downloaded setup program and the user credential properly.

2) Keep the selected check box and then, click [Finish].
5. Install Genetec Security Center 5.10 SDK
6. Install Enrollment Helper
7. Launch Suprema Integration with Genetec Security Center1) Run Suprema Integration with Genetec Security Center with admin ID/Password.
2) Confirm the free trial period at the bottom of the UI.
