Understanding Site Types
There are two types of sites: Dynamic and Regular. Choose the site type based on your organization’s needs. Once a site is created, the site type cannot be changed, so make your selection carefully.

Dynamic Site Features
1. Real-Time Monitoring and Management
Administrators can manage and control members' ID badges and access cards remotely.
- Pause: Temporarily suspend a member’s access and resume when needed.
- Delete: Revoke an ID badge and access card. To restore access, reissue the badge.
- Resend: Resend the download link for an ID badge if a member cannot find the original link.
2. Internet Connection Requirement
If a smartphone loses internet access for more than 5 minutes, mobile access will be revoked.
- Grace Period: Users have a 5-minute window without internet before access is withdrawn.
Note: Dynamic sites require an internet connection for ID badges and access cards to function.
3. Member Information and Access Card Design
Administrators can update member details and ID badge designs.
- Update All: Apply changes to all members who have already received an ID badge or access card.
4. Unlimited Mobile Access Card Issuance
There are no restrictions on the number of members who can receive mobile access.
5. Billing for Dynamic Sites
Charges are based on the number of devices registered at a site.
- Billing occurs one month after a device is registered.
- If credits are insufficient on the billing date, all mobile access will be suspended until recharged.
Regular Site Features
1. Offline Mobile Access
Members can use access cards without an internet connection, ensuring uninterrupted entry.
2. Pay-Per-Card Model
Instead of paying per device, credits are deducted for each mobile access card issued.
Choosing the Right Site Type
If you need real-time control and flexibility, choose a Dynamic site. If you prefer a one-time issuance model without internet dependency, choose a Regular site.
