Feature Overview

Airfob Portal requires credits to operate a site effectively. Administrators can check the current status of credits and recharge them as needed to prevent service disruptions.


Checking Credit Status

  • Credits are deducted monthly per device if your site operates under a license policy.
  • Ensure sufficient credits are available to avoid temporary service interruptions.


Recharging Credits

Step 1: Obtain a License Code

  • Receive the license code from your authorized partner.
  • Authorized distributors should contact the Suprema regional office to obtain license codes.

Step 2: Enter the License Code

  • Go to Settings > Access License page.
  • Enter the license code in the designated field.
  • Click Apply to recharge credits.

Step 3: Confirm Credit Status

  • Verify that the credit balance has been updated after applying the license code.

Note: Once a license code is applied, the transaction cannot be canceled. Ensure you are recharging credits for the correct site before proceeding.
