Do I need to sign up to use the Airfob app?

No, signing up is not required. However, the app will ask you to authenticate yourself when you first launch it after downloading.


I changed my mobile phone, and my mobile card disappeared.

If you change your phone, you must request and download a new mobile card from the site administrator, just like when you first received it.


I deleted and reinstalled the Airfob app, and my mobile card disappeared.

When you delete the Airfob app, your mobile card is also removed. Contact your site administrator to request a reissued mobile card and download it through the invitation link.


Why does the Apple Pay app launch when I tap my phone on the reader?

This happens when the NFC area of your iPhone touches the access reader. To prevent Apple Pay from launching:

  • Enable Tag Sensitivity in the Airfob app settings.
  • Use the mobile card while keeping the Airfob app screen on.

Can I store multiple mobile cards in the app?

Yes, the Airfob app can store multiple mobile cards. However, only one card can be issued per site, so you can store mobile cards from different locations but not multiple cards from the same site.


I tapped my mobile card on the device, but the door won’t open. What should I do?

Check the following:

  • Is Bluetooth enabled?
  • Is location services enabled?
  • What contact method is set in the Airfob app?
  • Is location service set to "Always" mode?
  • Is your network connection working properly?

If the issue persists, contact the site administrator.


Can MOCA System issue a mobile card for me?

No. MOCA System provides access control solutions but does not manage user credentials. Only site administrators have the authority to issue and manage mobile cards for security reasons. Please contact your site administrator.
