Symptom
When performing authentication on a Suprema device integrated with Genetec, the device emits a boot-up sound during the authentication process.
Root Cause
The issue is caused by the Input port type configuration.
Currently, the input port type is being configured using Trigger and Action rules.
Within these rules, the boot sound has been mapped to the input event.
As a result, when the input state changes during authentication, the device interprets this event as a trigger to play the boot sound, leading to the observed behavior.
Resolution / Workaround
Configure Input 2 as a Door Sensor directly in the door configuration, or
Physically short Input 2 to maintain a stable input state, or
