This guide provides instructions for activating the Suprema CCURE 9000 integration license in environments without an active internet connection.


1. Requesting the License Key and Generating the Request File

To begin the offline activation process, you must first generate a request file from your system.

  • Initial Step: Contact your Suprema Manager to obtain an offline license key.

  • Accessing Offline Mode: Enter the license key into the activation field and click the 'Activate Offline' button.

  • Generating .req File: Within the Offline License Validation pop-up, click the *'Generate .req File' button.

  • Submission: Send the generated .req file to your Suprema Manager or sales representative for processing.

2. Applying the License (.lic) File

Once your request has been processed, you will receive a validation file to finalize the activation.

  • Receiving the File: Your Suprema Manager will send you a .lic file corresponding to your request.

  • Uploading the File: Under the 'Offline Devices License Validation' section, click the file selection button (labeled '파일 선택' in the UI).

  • Activation: Select the provided .lic file from your local directory and click 'Open' to apply it.

  • Completion: The system will validate the file, and the offline activation process will be completed.

Important Note: For device-specific licenses, ensure you have provided the Device IDs (found on the physical product labels) to your Suprema Manager to ensure they are included in the license file generation.
