Detailed below are the wiring specifications for both OSDP and Wiegand interface methods used in the Gallagher integration
1. OSDP Connection (Direct RS-485)
This configuration establishes a secure, bidirectional communication link directly between the Suprema device and the controller.
A - Term RS485 1: Connect the 485T RxP (Blue with White) wire from the Suprema device to this port on the Gallagher Controller 6000.
B - Term RS485 1: Connect the 485T RxP (Yellow with Black) wire from the Suprema device to this port on the controller.
-ve - Term RS485 1: Connect the 485 GND (Black) wire to this port for proper grounding of the communication line.

2. Wiegand Connection (via HBUS Module)
This configuration utilizes the HBUS 4 in 2 Out Door Module as an intermediary between the Suprema device and the Gallagher Controller 6000.
Data Lines:
Connect Wiegand D0 Out (Green) to the R1 Data 0 port on the door module.
Connect Wiegand D1 Out (White) to the R1 Data 1 port on the door module.
Ground:
Connect the Wiegand Ground (Black) wire to the GND port on the door module.
Control/Signal Lines:
Connect TTL IN1 (Yellow) to R1 Out 1 for signal management.
Connect TTL IN0 (Red) to R1 Out 2 for signal management.
Module-to-Controller Link:
The door module communicates with the Controller 6000 via the HBUS ports (COM A, COM B, GND, and Vin).
