Basically when the middleware sync a User/Cardholer from Gallagher without any cards (If create cardholder) or if we delete the card from the Cardholder (i.e the user no longer have any card assigned) in Gallagher. Suprema will create a Suprema (virtual) card. See below the the screenshot of one such User/Cardholder in Gallagher.
We are asking how we can remove/prevent this Suprema Card from being created in Gallagher for such Users/Cardholders.
o Recommendation:
MBS does not want any virtual cards to be created in the Gallagher Command Center. So as a recommendation, removed the "Edit CardHolder" privilege from the Rest Operator Group in Gallagher.
So far, this has successfully prevented the middleware from writing the virtual "Suprema Card" type for cardholders who have no assigned cards. (Please refer to the attached screenshot of the current Rest Operator Group privileges.)
We plan to conduct further testing to ensure this does not cause issues or affect other middleware functions.
