Problem
The error below would occur during user fingerprint enrollment.
Relevant Error
Error: Error while retreiving template (Error while retrieving template)
Cause
If you do not create new administrator and log on default admin user of Bioconnect, BioConnect doesn't allow to scan new fingerprint.
Solution
Go to User management and click on a specific user, collapse the profile
Click Administration and then, create a user name and password
