Some customers are facing the error 'System.DllNotFoundException' when exchanging libraries from previous versions to v2.6 or later.

Please see the cases below and check if you can resolve your error. If it doesn't resolve your issue with the same error, please contact the technical support team directly.


Case 1. Missing libraries

Below three libraries have been added since SDK v2.6. Please find if you added the required libraries correctly.

Case 2. MS VC++ 2013 (x86) redistributable package is not installed

Some libraries refer to other runtime packages that are downloaded from VC++ redistributable packages. Some Windows OS doesn't include those packages by default. Please check if there are any uninstalled VC++ redistributable packages on your platform, and install the corresponding version. 




If the issue persists even after checking Case 1 & 2, please collect all information below and contact the technical support team directly.
