- Summary

Environment : Server matching ON, V2 device, BioStar 1.92 or 1.93 official, Wiegand output - card ID

Wiegand output wouldn't be sent to ACU

- Solution

If you are using BioStar 1.92, upgrade to official BioStar 1.93 and proceed steps below.

1. BioStar server stop
2. Back up the BSServer.exe and dll files under \Program Files (x86)\ BioStar\Server\
3. Uncompress and apply BioStarV1.93_Server_ServermatchingAndWiegandout.7z to the above path
4. BioStar server start
