Issue about login via BioStar Mobile App on iPhone

 

Affected Products & Versions: 32-bit iOS(iPhone 5 or previous model), BioStar Mobile v2.4.0 or lower version

 

Summary

When you try to login via BioStar Mobile App on iPhone, you will get a “Login Expired” message and then BioStar Mobile App will be terminated. As a result, you cannot access the BioStar via Mobile App.

 

 

Issue Reproduction: 

1. When you try to login via BioStar Mobile App v2.4.0 or lower version on iPhone(32-bit iOS), you will see a screen which is being loading for a long time.

2. After that, you will get a “Login Expired” message.

3. BioStar Mobile App will be terminated automatically.

 

 

Workaround:

We are fixing this issue.

 

 

Solution:

This issue will be fixed in the next version, v2.4.1 which is expected to be released soon. If you use iPhone which OS is 32-bits, please contact our technical team.
