If your device appears as below with a yellow triangular icon with a exclamation mark, it means that the device isn't synchronized with the server. 


If it is not synchronized with the server, it means that the device has different information than the server (user, access group, zone, etc.) 

To synchronize the devices, select the device and click on Sync Device.

Your device must have a stable network connection in order for the process to go through properly. 

Note: Do not click the Sync Device button multiple times while the devices are syncing. That will cause the sync process to restart again. Wait a while for the sync to finish. 

It may take longer if you have a large number of users. 

If the device is not correctly being updated with the server's information, try the following. 

1. Right click on the device.

2. Click Delete Data & Sync Device.
