After FW downgrade, device froze up and it doesn't work even after rebooting



Recently, there is an issue that the device does not work due to irrelevant FW downgrade. In this case, there is no way other than the RMA, so the technical support team does not recommend a FW downgrade in any case.

However, if you can not avoid it, you must check the possibilities by sending the following form to the technical support team.

FW downgrade request

- FW downgrade reason 

- Device type full name

- Device  HW version

- Date purchased

- Which version are you currently using and on which version do you want to downgrade? (eq. FW 1.6.0->1.3.1)
