Summary
Authentication failure message(Access denied-Invalid access group) after user updated or enrolled. The issue can be resolved by BioStar 2 restart or several times of user update. 

Cause
1. Access group synchronization process error code
2. DB table error occurs due to absence of trigger. This issue can happen in situations below. 

i) If BioStar is installed before 2.4.1 and upgraded

ii) Backup DB from old version has been restored

iii) User mistake for missing trigger option when DB is restored


Solution
1. Modification of access group synchronization code in BioStar 2.7.6
2. Modification of DB table trigger using attached queries(This modification will be applied in BioStar 2.7.8)
