All 2nd generation devices in BioStar 1
All 1st generation devices in BioStar 1 that are using Card ID output option for Wiegand (no issue for user ID output option)

※ It doesn't happen in BioStar 2. 


Summary
Wiegand output is not sent when using server matching

Solution

Apply the attached patch for your BioStar 1.93 server (official version):
1. Stop BioStar server service.
2. Back up \Program Files (x86)\BioStar\Server\ 
3. Extract the downloaded files.
4. Apply the downloaded files to \Program Files (x86)\BioStar\Server\ and overwrite
5. Start BioStar server service.
