BioStar 2.7.11 & 2.7.12
Summary
When a user installs the BioStar 2 in a custom location, the user can modify the installation folder name from 'BioStar 2(x64)' to another name.
BioStar 2 will be installed correctly and seems it is working well, however, the user cannot access the BioStar 2 login page.
Solution
a. Keep the original folder name, BioStar 2(x64), during the installation.
b. Will be fixed in the next release, BioStar 2.8.0.
This issue was coming from the JAVA Spring boot version distinction in v2.7.11 and v2.7.12. Suprema will fix it in our next release version, v2.8.0. Please keep the original BioStar 2 install folder name, BioStar 2(x64), during your installation if you are using v2.7.11 or v2.7.12.
