[Known Issue] Printing Issue of User Name Registered in Local Languages

Summary

User names registered in the local language are not displayed correctly on devices with LCD. For example, instead of the name registered in BioStar 2, the user name printed as '□□□□□□□'.

Reason

Suprema devices support default fonts only for Arabic, Latin, Japanese, Chinese, English, and Korean. In some cases of devices using Android OS such as BioStation A2 and FaceStaiton 2, other languages' fonts may be supported due to Android OS default specification.

Solution

Customization is required.

Please contact Suprema TS team with the requested '.ttf' file(font file).
