Suprema X-Station 2 is a versatile intelligent terminal that supports RFID cards, Mobile Access as well as QR codes, offering the ultimate flexibility in terms of credential options and system design. Equipped with secure boot process, Open Supervised Device Protocol (OSDP) and a camera for image logs, X-Station 2 improves security while safeguarding user data. X-Station 2 is easy to install, use and maintain with features like Power over Ethernet (PoE), intuitive GUI on 4 inch wide touchscreen, and IP65 rating.
What’s new about X-Station 2?
1. QR Code Support as a new user credential
Two types of QR & Barcode are available to use with X-Station 2 QR support models.

2. Mobile Access Support

3. RFID Card Support
It supports both LF (125kHz) and HF (13.56MHz) RFID as well as various card types including EM, MIFARE, MIFARE Plus, iCLASS, DESFire and FeliCa.
4. Image Log & Face Detection Feature
Taking a picture based on the pre-defined event logs is supported.
In addition, you can force to take the face picture of the user who is access granted.
5. POE Support
With a LAN cable and a PoE router, X-Station 2 can have the power supply and the network connection at the same time.
6. Supported Model list
6-1) XS2-DPB and XS2-APB
- Depending on the card type, the model type is divided.
6-2) XS2-QDPB and XS2-QAPB
- XS2-QDP and XS2-QAPB support QR/Barcode scanning as user authentication.
6-3) XS2-ODPB and XS2-OAPB
- XS2-ODPB and XS2-OAPB have a Fingerprint sensor.
7. Others
Suprema devices firmware file is .bin file, but X-Station 2 firmware structure has been changed.
File extension of X-Stataton 2 FW is .zip file. Please do not unzip the file.
