Face Lite v1.1.0 or lower version
The face algorithm for the face templates used in FaceStation 2 and FaceLite has been changed, so user authentication may not be possible with the registered face templates depending on the device's firmware version. In this case, you can solve the issue by upgrading the firmware of all face devices installed in the field to a version higher than the table below.

* FaceStation F2 does not use the 'Face' template. It uses the 'Visual Face' template.
Summary
Users with Face templates registered on FaceStation 2 v1.4.0 devices cannot authenticate on FaceLite v1.1.0 devices.
OR
Users with Face templates registered on FaceLite v1.2.0 devices cannot authenticate on FaceStation 2 v1.3.0 devices.
Solution
Upgrade the firmware of FaceStation 2 and FaceLite installed in the field by referring to the table above.
* Suprema does NOT guarantee a downgrade of device firmware.
** If you downgrade from the firmware version or higher version specified in the table above, ALL users in the device will be deleted.
