Symptom:
If you set other card types such as custom format, then, BioStar 2 makes the below error message.
- The value does not fit in the format (u1002)
[Example: Not compatible Card ID Type with BioStar 2 SW]

Cause:
BioStar 2 Software is available to add Mobile Access Card with the general CSN.
If the Airfob Portal which is set to BioStar 2>Settings has another Card ID type, you cannot add Mobile Access in BioStar 2 SW.
Solution:
Go to Airfob Portal>Settings>Credential Settings>Card ID Type and set General(CSN MSB/LSB).
The error could occur if BioStar 2 User Information has a phone number.
